Any advice on what to keep? I have Kingpin, Kamala Khan, Beast and Original Black Widow waiting for me to have hero points.
If you are needing to make some space, I would get rid of the 2* Human Torch first. If you need more space past that, look at potentially dropping Squirrel Girl and/or Doc Oct. Looks like you have a good start to your 2*s which should be your focus for now.

I agree with madok - first options if you have to cut are torch and squirrel. looks like you added kp and obw. I’d suggest trying to get kk rostered as well - she’s a solid character.
Focus on solid 2* like Original Black Widow, Thor, Wolverine and Magneto. As 1* I keep my Iron Man Modell 35, for doing the DDQ 500 ISO mission. Even today.
I’d kick Doc Ock and Squirrel. Everyone else looks good!
