Scion token not giving proper mana

In the event Zendikar vs Eldrazi, the scion token when destroyed isn’t giving 3 times the renforcement Mana. It’s only giving 1 Mana per renforcement.

I have also observed this behavior.

This has been reported before.

See this thread - https://forums.505go.com/discussion/82576/eldrazi-scion-only-giving-3-mana-investigating#latest

And they ran the event anyway :frowning:
Guess who’s going to win this time?

Seems like it’s giving mana based on the base power of the token. Wonder if it’s related to the Kenrith’s change.

Possible, but I think I got 3 mana every time.

I never realised until today how much the TED event deck needed this extra mana.

Yeah- on the other hand playing as nissa and not having to worry about TED getting huge mana gains this time round is Great.

According to @Oktagon_Support they already aren’t running events with the mana bug, and also this one was fixed. I am not sure why the dev experience is so much different from ours.

I was not aware of this. Thanks for the info

Guys, thank you for all the new information.
I went to check the status of this issue and the team was requiring more details to be able to reproduce it.
I already gave them the new information from here and from Customer Support to they will keep investigating.
Also, we will add ZvE to the list of events we’re not running until it’s fixed.

Thank you again for your patience,
Marcela.

UPDATE*
This issue was confirmed and will be fixed in the next release!

@@Oktagon_Support that is great news! To be clear, when you say “the issue” do you mean the Eldrazi Scion mana bug, the support matching mana bug in ZvE only, the support matching bug for all events, or something else?

The Eldrazi Scion’s mana bug is already confirmed to be fixed for the next release.
The last information I had about the “support matching”/“mana going to the opponent” issue, was that the team is giving it maximum prioritization on fixing it.

Thanks for the clarity, @Oktagon_Support, and we appreciate the maximum effort!

Yes thank you @Oktagon_Support for your quick response. That is good news.
