0/2 on the reward for logging in every day for a month, even though I’ve logged in every day. Really beginning to wonder why I bother.
The daily reward menu also seems to have glitched because it’s showing the next month, but when I click collect 50 runes it doesn’t do anything.
Same thing is happening with me. Earlier today, it said that my reward for tonight would be 35 crystals, but when I went to collect it just now (not sure how it is with everyone else, but for me, the day has been reseting in the evening), the calendar had been reset, and I can’t even collect the 50 runes that it incorrectly shows as being my current reward.
What gives?
Yup, skipped my last single pack reward and the fat pack. Looks like I can expect this to happen again. Uninstalled
It was stated that the rewards reset each month, what this means is that on the 31st day it resets, reguardless of how far in you are. So you have to hit every day for 31 days, and you have to start day one. I got my fat pack for this month, but I am having the issue of not being able to accept today’s day one reward.
Exact same problem. I made doubly sure that I collected day 30’s reward, but today it’s showing day 1 again, and I can’t even “collect” that reward.
Same here: board has reset and can’t even claim the 50 runes. Maybe they’ll give us 2 fat packs when the update hits this Tuesday (hint, hint, in case the devs are monitoring this thread).
I have also lost out on the fat pack. If this is the way the game is going to work, then theres almost no reason to log in every day. Also, this month is February. This month’s daily log in is 31 days long. Does anyone else see whats wrong with this picture?
The way I see it, the reason a game goes free to play is to get people like me (guys who dont wanna drop real money) to play the game. Giving the people who DO pay real money, people to play against. But if I have no incentive to play every day, you lose me as a player. And a potential customer (though the prices are a bit high for me).
There needs to be some real communication about how the dailies work, and how they can be improved, because the way they are now is just not going to cut it. A company who dangles a reward in my face and then yanks it away from me just before I can grab it, is not going to be getting my money. Especially when it is through no fault of my own.
Agreed- I’m totally against pay to play, but for a game that I enjoy like this, I see no problem in supporting the see developers.
But if the thing we are all experiencing continues much past the initial few months, there is little hope for keeping us wanting to log back in.
Granted this is my day one of issues (only played a couple of weeks , which in itself is rare for most games), but something like this just can’t happen. It’s crucial to our enjoyment.
That being said, people get mad at the developers as if they are willingly ignoring the problem. If you’ve played mobile games for long enough, you would know this is a common thing. That doesn’t mean it can be ignored for weeks, but some people need to be patient and, most importantly, understanding.
If you quit the game because of a long post explaining how you hate Facebook, you’re hopeless.

As further info, the day 30 pack was relieved fine for me then the 31st was replaced by a reset and getting nothing, now I see crystals but still cannot get rewards

Same here, no fat pack and today I can not get my daily login. I just get the swirl icon when I hit collect and nothing happens. Five boosters lost and who knows if I’ll be able to get any logins this month… Very disappointing.
Same here, i didn’t get the fat pack, when i check there are 250 gems reward, but i cannot get them either
I am also experiencing same problem. Now it says Daily reward 250 but did not get a fat pack and cannot cli ck collect on anything. What an awful bug ><

Me too. Now the daily rewards button would not work yesterday. Then today, it must have gotten hacked or something. 250 crystals are the reward, and I can’t accept that either. They need to fix their buttons and general rewards. Seriously. I have logged in every day. Every single day. It updated every night. Now, I couldn’t accept the first day of the month because of bad buttons. So why should I play the next month?
Well after the fatpack failure yesterday and the stuck daily login today I decided to uninstall and re install, same problems… I cant even see the monthly login layout… Soo disappointing
Add me to that list of being screwed out of a fat pack again. Disappointed to say the least.
Same issue, plus now the collect reward is locked up. Likely it doesn’t know how to deal with 28 day month.
