So apparently Demiurge is seeing just how shitty they can make the Heroic and special event packs before people stop buying them.
We went from 100% featured character down to I think it was 15%, then down to 6%. They finally hit my threshold where I am offended that they think the players are that stupid. I guess though the numbers don’t lie.
Getting the Heroic 10 pack, I was moderately excited to check out the rewards, then I looked at the odds, 1% chance for each 3*. Whoop-de-freaking doo.
I would have bought the Daken heroic pack if it wasn’t a crap assed 6% chance to get a cover. If it was 15-20% per pack I would have taken the chance, but once again they have taken their quest for monetization to the point where I am too offended to play along. I have money too, but I hate feeling like I am being taken advantage of.
I got 4 3*s out of my ten pack. It was really exciting while it happened, and three of them (Patch Y, Loki P, DD B) were ones I need. The only throwaway was Hulk Red.
I was quite stunned. Every token I’ve had in at least 14 days past has been useless. This was a nice wee boost!
Ended up with Green 4* Wolvey, 2 Lazy Thor Covers (Green/Yellow), Black Psylocke, Black Punisher, Red Patch, Red M.Hawkeye, Purple OBW, Green C.Storm, and a Red Ares Cover.
4 2s, 5 3s, and 1 4*. Sorry to hear that the rest of you kinda crapped out, but I feel it’s a little justified for me since I rarely get usuable covers out of standard tokens AND my OBW and Storm covers didn’t help progress me 2* team since both were already full.
I’m in the 2* maxing phase (nearly all the covers, with nearly all ‘good’ builds, but with a lack of iso : only 2 really maxed)
For me IW (4*) and 3 3* (GSBW, DD and Rag) + 2 2* that help me. So this a ‘not so bad’ pull, but I’m quite mitigate. I would have prefered other 3* than DD, rag oe even IW

So two useful 3*. I would have been ecstatic if one of those OBWs were her black but alas it keeps avoiding me.
I got luckier than quite a few people it seems, but it wasnt amazing.
I got an IM40 Yellow that was my first yellow for him, MN Mags Purple which was my final cover for him, OBW Black and a Loki Purple. The rest were unneeded 2* but all in all I was pretty happy with that, esp to complete Magneto and finally get OBW Black to the level where it starts doing damage.
I dont like the nerf to tokens though, it means that the special event tokens are not that different to basic Heroic Tokens. very often there isnt even a significant chance of winning the featured character because they run the new characters events so soon after release they arent even in the pool to be drawn. Case in point, no hope of winning Daken Classic with Fatal Attraction token, unless i’m wrong
