OF COURSE these issues would coincide with the release of a new Daken. No one should have any doubt now that he’s the most obnoxious jerkface in this game BY FAR.
Unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances (users on the app!!! WTF!!) we have been unable to continue with MPQ as we know it. The support team has had an influx of hate mail from users regarding the latest PVE event and while trying to sort through the mail, left the door to the hamster cage untended and the office cat got in. (now fatcat) In hindsight we should have fed him sooner but realise that may not have been an adequate preventative.
We are currently looking to rectify this issue (IceIX has been sent to the pet shop to get two new hamsters who will be fed on steroids and mutagen) and expect servers to be back up and running by Oct 2015.
We apologise for any delays caused in your receiving of the rewards however you may look at it this way - with the servers down you cant use him anyway so what is the big deal??!!

P.S. If you have lost all of your season 1 ranking when servers are resumed, it was the cats fault and so please do not raise any further tickets.
In an ideal world it would be that no-one is available to comment because everyone is trying to fix the issue.
In a world where we get told sharding and brackets of doom are for the good of the game because there’s less server hickups, and then have the servers go AWOL, taking our alliance Dakens with them the very next day… it probably means the devs took a well deserved rest after a well run PVE and will comment right after they give a comment about MMR which we’ve been asking about for two weeks.
Yeah, its why I own dogs (and a child) (probably sounds bad, not own maybe? pay for him more of a hire purchase situation as there was no upfront payment option and he keeps costing more with no fixed interest rate)
Between Heroic Oscorp, whatever is happening now, and the broken Puzzle and Dragons patch, this is a bad week for my mobile gaming
Of course, ONE of those companies provided an in-game popup explaining what was going on and will provide compensation to all of its players when it’s sorted out
UPDATE
We have now realised that you should blame the cat as we have indeed lost your season 1 scores and cant be bothered to sort it out.
To make up for this, we will be issuing the 4x 10packs to all members affected but to stop the random cover generator from crashing while you all cash them in, have decided to replace all included covers with bagman.
As you can see we are looking to improve customer service standards and hope that this resolution alleviates any frustration earned by our playerbase.
