Should I Softcap Phoenix?

Day 910 here, picked up two phoenix covers today and just now considering leveling her to help with PVP now that she’s 3/4/2, and because I’m constantly fighting boosted 4* champ teams.

I currently use OML/Phoenix/Antman for pve and have 5 champed 4s (XFW, Ant-Man, IMHB, NF, Thor) as well as several almost finished 4s including a capped 5/5/2
and 5/2/4

I Think the main effect of leveling Phoenix would be that you get matched against more 5* teams, unfortunately. My suggestion is to keep working on the 4* tier and wait until you are ready to bring up a fivestar to max in one go.
