Update: We recently became aware of both Chandra, Torch of Defiance and Ajani Unyielding being missing from the vault during our Planeswalker sale. Unfortunately we are unable to correct this in-game before the sale is finished, however there is still another method for you to obtain these Planeswalkers at the sale price.

If you wish to purchase either one of them at the sale price, please send in a Customer Support ticket before the sale is over, and one of our agents will be able to manually remove the appropriate amount of Mana Crystals and credit your account with the Planeswalker you purchased.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, however we thank you for your patience and understanding.

Update 2: We are also aware of there being two instances of Origins listed in the vault: one at regular price, and one at the correct discounted price. Unfortunately we are also unable to correct this in-game before the sale is finished. If you accidentally purchased a pack from the regular priced set, then please reach out to Customer Support, and they will credit you back the appropriate difference in Mana Crystals. Thank you!

As far as I’ve heard, Ajani 2 is missing in action (can’t tell, got them all already).

Do you know when and how we can expect the new walkers to show up?

  1. Ajani 2 and Chandra 2 are not among the Planeswalkers.

  2. Things like this NEED to be advertised In-game. That Inbox is there for more than notifying me an event has ended and to collect my event rewards.

The forums, that a minority of your player base utilizes, needs to stop being the only place that upcoming patches, events, sales, sets, etc. are advertised for this game. Use. The. Inbox. In. The. Game.

Edit - In addition, if this were to continue being the only place that these things are advertised, a sale like this should have been advertised a week ago. Not on the day the sale begins. This is something that players should have been aware of prior to it beginning so they could prepare for it.

Thanks for the heads up about Ajani and Chandra being missing from the vault. I’ll be sure to pass that along to the team.

As for the Inbox notification, our team is already working on that, so players can expect to see it soon!

I guess I threw away 227 crystals getting Tez2 last week.

Origins Premium Packs are 280 not 190

You’ve got to scroll down the page. There are 2 version of Origins up right now which is confusing some people. Same cards, but one is on sale.

@Brigby you think the devs would find value in putting the crystal packs on sale during this week as well? I mean it is a big weekend for sales.

@Brigby I’ve noticed that Hour boosters are showing up as the Standard sets prices not as the Legacy prices.

That isn’t intended to be so is it?

There have never been separate prices for any kind of legacy and standard boosters. Not sure why one would be surprised now.

This is actually not correct. This isn’t even the first time, but if you check the vault you’ll see the price difference - origins and legacy are cheaper than standard and HOU, so it’s very likely an oversight.

Actually I said what I said after reading the original post of this very thread which says:

    My surprise wasn’t that there were different prices for Standard and Legacy, but that HOU a Legacy set was priced at the Standard prices mentioned in the announcement.

There have only been sales in the past but no different prices for packs because they were “legacy” or “standard”.

So it’s very likely just the way things have always been.
