Steam Account Problem - Need Help

Im a steam PC player.

I played game yesterday at 07.00 am. (01. 09. 2014). No problem occured. I was around day 115 - 120 (Hood yellow cover).
Then I started game again at 09.30 am.

But my accout seemed erased, I was again at day 1, with tutorial levels only.
WTF?
Did I lost my roster?

Im sorry I put this threat here, in general discussion. But I feel I need to.
I sent ticket yesterday, just after described error, I posted similar post in Bugs part of the forum, but there is less trafic.
I was grinding in Venom Heroic to obtain all 3 Beast covers, I was 1st two-times. (Im always in TOP 10 in PVE for last 2 months).
But I cant play anymore, more than 1,5 day to this moment.

I informed about my situation my alliance mates, they were very kind to me.
I told them to temporarily boot me. BUT it is not possible, because Im a commander.
There is She-Hulk PVP ending tommrow. I cant play, I cannot contribute to my alliance season score. We are TOP 50 alliance.

I even PMed IceIX.
Im posting here, because I hope som developer, or Ice can help me.
Im paying customer and Im really dissapointed with current status.

I really would like atleast 2 Beast cover for compensation, but it is crucial that I have my account fixed till the end of She-Hulk PVP !
Please help me somebody.

I had this once, but then as with most games on steam when something like this happens is because the game has correctly been able to access steamcloud/your files properly and started a new game.

As long as you don’t overwrite your old steamcloud files with “new data” which would’ve probably been through your last time loading the game, then your old account should still be there, this is true of all steam games and not just MPQ.

SO DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID and overwrite your Plants Vs. Zombies game where I had everything unlocked, made it upto like wave 60 in the endless survival and had a 100ft tall tree icon_e_sad.gif

70 hours of PvZ just GONE. GONE! icon_cry.gif

I haven’t played it again since.

I want to thank developers and customer support that my account has been restored.
I lost time from monday morning to late night wednesday, cant properly finished Venom: Heroic, cant participate in Trial by Combat PVP…
But on the other hand, my account is back!
So D3, you still have my thanks! icon_e_smile.gif
