I see more and more often people on here saying that they got an undesired color of their cover and that customer service swapped it for them. And also people saying that they are about to put a ticket with a swap-request.
Is this now a routine?
Is this a preparation for “colorless” covers? Colorless covers would seem more convenient for the customer service, I would think.
What are the routine guidelines for getting a cover-swap-request approved? Has this been defined?
As far as I have come to understand it’s basically only viable regarding 5* characters.
Does the given character need to be at 5/5/0 for this?
As I’m still in 3* land this doesn’t concern me yet but I’m curious about what progression this might lead to. ![]()
