Switching away from FB login account

When choosing to switch away from FB the following questions arise:

Can a Google and a Steam login account also be used on an Apple device?

In other words does the future without FB login mean that I can no longer play with my account on both an android device as well as an apple device? (For example on an android phone during the day and on an iPad during the evenning)

Can a Steam login account be used on both versions of MPQ (mobile- as well as PC-version?)

I just tried to switch to Google as backup and my account has been wiped!!! Uhm…help please!!!

I thought they said there was a way to use the same account playing on stream and on a phone

My account is gone…I just followed what it said on Facebook. I don’t even know how to contact CS…

They should be able to get you restored with your in-game name. Not fun, but shouldn’t be an issue.

@DAZ0273 yeah, Google is still bugged, only Facebook to Apple works properly but CS can restore your account with ingame name, but might take a few days

@DAZ0273 you might also want to have a receipt for an in-App purchase and/or your Facebook account name ready, they often ask for that as a way to confirm your ownership of the account

@S0kun since this Facebook chucklef*cks are a repeating issue (not you guys fault, I see the exact same things happening in other games) is there a plan for some account system? Like linking your account to your email address?

It can if you contact CS with you mobile IGN. Ask them to link your accounts and you’ll be able to switch between the two devices.

Your Google account has a 0 day account on it and not pointing to the right data. CS can walk you through the fix.

No plans to centralize accounts yet since our other mobile/Steam account options are pretty stable.

Not sure if I have done this right but I went through the Help section in game and there was a chat thing and I explained the problem and was asked for an email address and that is as far as it has gotten so I assume I just wait for an email now. Never used CS before so hopefully I haven’t messed up.

It is a bit weird having hit notifications come through on my tablet but I can’t do anything about getting revenge, lol!

You should use send an email from outside the game to contact CS. In game help is basically not a reliable system.

I would just do that even though you submitted in game and say you prefer using email or something.
