I am wondering if there is a way to swap what account my MPQ profile is linked to. I want to have a MPQ facebook profile only as its hard to manage all the new MPQ friends.

It’s possible, but I’ve heard it’s kind of complicated. You should open a customer support ticket and see if they have a documented procedure.
