I have Thalia’s Lieutenant, Lantern Scout and Consul’s Lieutenant on battlefield. When play a new Thalia’s Lieutenant, no +2/+2 to both Lantern Scout and Consul’s Lieutenant. 
Lantern scout does not seem to be recognised as a human as I gave it Slayers Plate hoping that when it died it would spawn the 2 spirits (for the event secondary objectives) but nope, nothing
