It’s occurred to me today that one of the main challenges for transitioning from 2->3 (and to a lesser extent, 3->4) is that there is no token that pulls from only 3 and 4:star: selections.
Elite tokens are very helpful for champing out the 2:star:s, but heroic tokens are very similar: they don’t have a much higher chance of dropping 3s, differing only in their tiny probability of a 4:star:.
A dedicated 3/4:star: token (call it “Master”?) would go a long way to easing out progression and could be provided for the higher security clearances (9? 10?).
