Playing Tishana initially properly buffs Tishana with the proper +2/+2 per card in hand. However, reinforcing Tishana by playing a second copy from your hand causes incorrect stat changes (sometimes causing Tishana to actually get debuffed instead!!) - the game doesn’t realize that Tishana is being reinforced?

I give them a lot of leeway but a lot of these could have been prevented with some play-testing.
You mean like how Gishath might have not been bugged on release if play tested? Clearly you’re asking too much 
For $39.99 it probably should be at least tested once or twice.
I guess we should consider ourselves as beta-testers instead of players

@Szamsziel Any of the threads that I have left a comment on recently in the Bugs & Technical Issues sub-forum are more-often-than-not comments that inform players I have relayed the reported issue to the QA team.
Having said though, I can potentially add a 2.4 bug section into the already existing bug status list for easier visibility of known issues
Well… I’ve been told by support staff that the card is supposed to work this way! If it is supposed to work like this (on reinforcing only gaining 1/1) I’ll demand a refund!
I’ve seen the same behavior with Storm Fleet Aerialist where it doesn’t trigger Raided when reinforcing.
I haven’t used it (the storm fleet aerealist)… And besides, when you pay for a card you want it to work like it says in the text! All previous creatures triggered abilities on reinforce!
Broadly speaking, I don’t like it as a design decision because it greatly diminishes the value of subsequent castings.
The way it’s written it should reinforce when casted from the hand with ETB effects – like VoMF.
I would understand no ETB if it were being reinforced with Evolutionary Leap – but cast from hand the ETB effect should work.
I’m going to hold out hope that support is giving you wrong information on this one and that they didn’t just charge us $40 USD for a creature that basically can’t reinforce.
She does still draw you the cards on later casting, but just doesn’t increase in size. I will agree with you, though, that she should still increase in size when she enters. Every other ETB effect triggers when reinforced, so I’m pretty sure this is a bug (thinking about Rishkar, Ulrich, Decimator, etc)
The fact that she draws the cards to me is proof that she should be reinforcing – we’ve never seen a card with one ETB effect but not both work. That doesn’t even make sense.
Agreed! I’m hoping this is all a big missunderstanding of some sort, because having the support team just saying it is supposed to work this way to avoid extra work will make me lose every faith I had in them!
There are so many reinforce bugs it doesn’t make sense. For example, L3 won’t do the +6/+6 buff if she is reinforcing a creature as she brings them back. This is par for the course.
