For new 4 
s the top 100 alliances should be able to get the new character. Make this a permanent thing. Top 50 was ridiculous before and should have been changed long ago. Enough said.
I think personal rewards could use a dip as well. After one misstep, I just quit playing. What’s the point when the margin is that small?
4* launches should be special enough due to the infrequency of their occurence. Even if you left the normal reward tiers in place and replaced the 3* placement rewards with the 4* character the event and character would be special. Even if 2x as many people got an individual cover (by virtue of t100 instead of t50) this doesn’t materially impact the rarity of the character in the broader ecosystem.
Whales will have them finished by the end of the next week, and super whales will have them done before the launch event ends. For everyone else its still a multi-month affair. Awarding a few extra covers isn’t going to change that.
Will already said this will be the new system going forward, so no need to have a thread for it.
