I had this too, but the vault appeared after the game crashed and I had to reload. Try quitting and reloading.

All the vaults and offers are now on the same schedule which is triggering about 1.5 hours after the slice 2 pve start/flip.

However, quests are still on the timer to synch up with slice 2 pve.

So you will always see this unless they adjust one or the other of them. Personally I think the quest timing is good.

My bigger concern remains the lack of a PvP season panel for your overall score etc and the first PvP and simulator having different banners.
