Unfortunately putting Customer Service to the test.

I had this happen and it was fully resolved within six hours, I was insanely surprised.

It’s been two days and I’ve not heard a word. In fact, I may just make a new thread about it…

I’m going into MPQ withdrawls my account still isn’t fixed the weekend is almost upon us and we all know nothing gets fixed on the weekends! icon_e_sad.gif

Well here it is, Monday, and I’m still hoping to have my account restored. It’s day 5 and I’ve had one request from D3 (last Friday) for more info which I gave, now the ball is again in their court. I hate that I’m missing the PvE event since they seem to build on each other and now I’m going to have struggle to catch up.

I would suggest emailing them each day. Take to social media; post on their facebook and twitter each day also. It sucks, but it is my experience that you’ll have to put in a lot of effort to get your issue resolved.

I did it, I hit up FB and Twitter, hopefully it will help speed things along. I really miss playing.

I know it’s annoying, but do it each day until they do something about it! I havent dealt with their cusotmer service in months, but the last time I did, it took them about 4 weeks to resolve my problem and I had to email them constantly.

Ask for free Deadpool cover(s) as compensation. Hopefully D3 will do the right thing.

Funny thing too, I posted about my problem on Twitter and they deleted it.

The point is you were forced to miss TaT, a PvE in which you might even be able to reach the Deadpool progression if you started right now.

It is done! Fixed! My account is back! Thanks to Silverhawk! I did miss out on most of the PvE event but I dodn’t lose anything. It took 6 days from my first ticket in til it was fixed and 2 of those days were weekend days and we know things don’t get fixed on weekends. So for me The Customer Service was not that bad, my game withdrawls were (I need help lol) but CS was pretty good.

Just wanna say I can not believe you think customer service was good. Four business days is an unacceptable amount of time to resolve this issue, and I would be pretty upset if I were you.

Under a week is blazing fast for them

They did throw me a few tokens and some ISO for the inconvenience so I’m pretty happy about it. The sync problem with MPQ and Steam is a known issue I’m surprised hasn’t been fixed but other than that I don’t really have much to be angry about. I got everything back and a little more. There is no reason for me keep harping on something that’s already been fixed (my restored account). I realize you can’t please everyone and once Silverhawk got a hold of me today, he stuck with me until it was done and I can’t ask for more than that. So IMO putting Customer Service to the test, they did well, at least for me.

Took them 5 days to respond to me and not so much as an apology.

What email did u use to get a ticket? Also what did u need to provide them? I’ve lost my account also. I emailed mobilesupport@d3p.us and haven’t gotten any response for a week now. Tia
