Update not showing in iOS App Store

Because of the new update, I was redirected to the App Store when starting, but the store just shows “Open” instead of “Update.” I restarted my iPad, and even did the 10-tap refresh hack in the App Store. Still not coming up for me.

I have an iPad Air with iOS 10.2.

Not sure what triggered it, but after checking several times over the last hour, the update eventually became available.
