Vivien on the Hunt PW 1st loyalty ability [Investigating]

I was just playing a match against this PW and noticed something odd. I had disabled her first creature (Sleep with the Fishes) and had some creatures of my own. When she used her first loyalty ability the first creature would still fight my first creature even though hers was disabled.

The mold shambler was disabled.
