Very nice. New daredevil is usable so this gives the hardcore an opportunity to change their build, and those who didn’t bother with him earlier the best shot at his most important color.
Not really, since red was the one that everyone actually agreed was the good one to max. If they wanted to actually let people respec, they’d have made the red one the middle cover, since that’s the one that’s only available once. I feel really bad for anyone that went 5/3/5 since the old thinking was that the blue was overkill when it actually worked
If anyone cares about daredevil blue that much, they can tank their pve finish (personal or alliance). Plenty of players didn’t give any roster space to daredevil, because he was awful - if you are building from scratch you want as many reds as you can get.
Daredevil is still unplayable in pvp btw. Yes, he’s better. No, he’s not good.
I even cheered a little when I got a high level ambush TU from a pve node. Used next battle. The trap tile stayed near the corner until the end of the fight.
Hopefully I won’t be sick by the time this event needs to be played…need to grab DD - he’s never dropped for me. To be sick, work retail, and try and play this game all at the same time is too much at this time of year, lol T-T
My goal is the Yellow 4*Thor @ 1300 Prog pts as well. Will be in Slice 5 this time with hopefully enough others that we can all make it. Like last time, will post when goal is achieved so that you can hit my nodes. Will be avoiding others climbing that make posts in this thread.

Got to 600 with no problems. It helped I discovers (nonHP) Boosts were really, really cheap. Don’t know if I’ll hold top 25 but not close enough to shield time.
I want to give a big thank you and mad props to ebolamonkey84 for seeing that I needed a yellow Xforce and PMed me to see what I was looking to score. Looking out for other forum members and helping people progress is what makes the MPQ community great. I am waiting on rewards but should end up 1st in my slice and getting my Xforce Max covered. Ebolamonkey84 should end up 2nd.

Was in 5th with about 5 minutes left, and had 6th place in my retaliations in case he decided to break shield. He does, so I do and kill him within a minute thanks to boosts and a nice board. Get greedy since I broke anyway, fight a ~35 pt queued opponent. Win that a little slower, but ‘break’ 1100 for Deadpool. Come out, sniped with <1m for -41. Finish 6th, 8 points behind 5th.
I never said it was a GREAT combo and I normally wouldn’t suggest the two together. But you are the one who said that you picked up and used Ambush (as opposed to just deleting it) in an event that had Loki as the essential character for some nodes. If you are stuck using Loki anyway, may as well use the Ambush team-up where his Illusions will give you a better chance of making red matches.
