Open up my game to get my free booster this morning, and I get prompted to do Nissa’s Training.

Ok, well, thats cool I guess. Nothing wrong with some free mana crystals.

After completing the tutorial: Uh…all of my crystals are gone, all of my runes are gone, all of my planeswalkers are gone; including Koth, that I paid real money for. All of my cards are gone. Everything is reset.

This is the most frustrating single instance of gameplay I think I have ever had in my life. Ready to put the game away for good unless there is some what to get this stuff back. Hours and hours have just disappeared. How is this ok?

Also, if you’re linked to facebook, make sure that link is still active.

Have you connected to facebook yet? IIRC, that should have a copy of your save before this happened… providing you did connect a facebook account to this beforehand. Also, shouldn’t this be in the bug forum?

Yeah, I’ve had that happen to me in some of the other games I’ve played. Should be the first thing you want to check in on - especially after updates or after internet disconnects due to power shortages.
