Just had a thought. If we’re collecting Planeswalkers and subjugating them to our will (making their decks) to battle against other walkers, we’re basically already playing as Nicol Bolas…
Except we’re not steadily taking over the multiverse because there’s no new story mode.
So then it’s just a matter of who is the best Nico Bolas.
I’ve always thought of myself more as Chromium Rhuell.
Well, we subdue other Walkers to our capricious will, making them do nonsense for our own deluded gains, usibg them as simple tools as we pursue our bad and insane plans, experimenting with new idea for the lulz. And whine and Birch when things dont follow our plans
