tile. While this tile is in play, enemy abilities go hay wire, 25% damage taken by caster and 75% by target.

3 covers increase CD tile to 4 turns
4 covers luckily creates a 2nd CD tile on a random different color. (this gives it a higher chance at surviving, both tiles resolve together if they survive, does not do any extra damage, just a higher chance at the tile being able to go the distance)
5 covers damage is now 50% to caster and 50% to target.
