Can we please have a definitive answer on this? I have some covers dying on the vine, and knowing whether I’ll be opening my legendary tokens will help me decide between championing Cage, Blade or Medusa (who needs a couple more covers).

You’re (probably) not gonna get a definitive answer. Based on what they said recently and what happened with Panther, Strange’s drop dead date should be March 27th.
That said, I’m personally opening my last ditch attempt at finishing Strange on Wednesday, March 22nd, to give CS time to execute a swap if I need one. They take days to respond so I don’t want to risk the timing.
The lack of timely information from the devs is aggravating. (see: the Bonus Heroes/vaulting rollout)
Well, they said this (https://forums.505go.com/discussion/58384):
Starting with Black Panther (Civil War), there will be a two week delay before new 5-Stars are added to Latest Legends packs after their release event.
And then Panther entered packs on February 21st, which was 2 weeks (+ US Presidents Day) after the end of Civil War, his release event.
Ultron ended March 13th. 2 weeks from that is March 27th. If it’s not on March 27th, sure, complain about the lack of communication. Otherwise it seems like they made their intentions known.
