Or however it’s worded, at least. I woke up this morning and claimed my daily drop to find that it’s not showing me in an Alliance. Not crazy surprised, I haven’t played much PvP lately because I was focused on trying to get Cyclops, and they only counted PvP scores.
But, when I went to join a new Alliance, I got the above message. It says I can’t join until I leave my current one. But I don’t have a current one, unless the bug is me not being able to get to it?
I would contact Customer Service - there’s a button in the Settings menu in-game or there is a URL in my signature - with your in-game name and this explanation.
Unfortunately, if sounds like you were sandboxed, and the only people that can look into that is CS.
Apparently I just had no access to my Alliance this morning. 6 hours later and when I click through to Alliances it takes me to mine, which I wasn’t removed from. Weird.
That is strange indeed. Welp, hopefully everything stays working for ya! 
It’s a bug. I got that error multiple times last month. I would get that message, then look up my alliance and see that I’m still in it.
It’s probably just a communications error, but I couldn’t say for sure.
