I don’t care what 4* wins. A complete non-issue for me as I’m not about to suddenly start using whoever it is and I’m in 5 land.
I voted for PP Spider-man as a write in.
I voted Black Knight, Hydra Stomper, Gertrude but why MODOK or Northstar are in there I have no idea (also haven’t Northstar and Dazzler been rebalanced already?)
Voted Black Bolt otherwise, he really needs it.
Appreciate the chance to decide who to rebalance but some of these choices are bizarre, who wants ghost rebalanced? She’s an absolute beast. Northstar has already had a rebalance and given the chance he would surprise people.
Black knight is rightfully on there and I’ve marked him as number 1.
I’ve asked for god doom, black bolt and odin to be looked at as they are awful for being 5 stars
I’m confused by the options they are giving us. Aside from black knight none of these are bad and some of them are already pretty darn good. I voted for black knight, then dazzler, then namora and wrote in some characters that actually need a rebalance. Mysterio, black bolt, 5 star widow, 5 star daredevil.
If dazzler wins, I hope the costume they add along with the rebalance is the one she wore in the X-Men arcade game.
I think these are usually based on (lack of) usage, but yeah…a bunch of these guys are pretty great now. Northstar – after his most recent buff – is legit one of the best 4* in the game. Ghost is solid. Modok gets overlooked, but at 5* he’s an excellent damage dealer and very strong.
Even Hydra Stomper and Gertrude are solidly in the upper half of the tier.
But where’s Spiderwoman? Where’s Antivenom?
I voted for 5* Black Widow as the write in.
Cosmo is fine when boosted. Paired with MThor his passive basically stops teams in PVE from using powers.
I voted for Black suit Spider-Man. Just a total waste for such a cool character.
I must also share the sentiment of this list making about 50% sense.
Pleeeeeease do not mess with Northstar, he is very good, fun and better designed than most other characters, just give him an outfit if everyone forgot about him. Dazzler was just rebalanced and has a fun niche ability. Even though she isn’t high tier, so many others are worse.
What happened to the rebalance of PeggyThor? I have so many saved (wasted) covers on that poor unfortunate joke than a lot of others, and she was released new with no chance.
That said, I really appreciate looking at some of the others that actually need it. I just wish we focused on the ones that actually needed the update to be playable, rather than the ones people don’t chose because they either don’t know or don’t have them.
I feel like they’ve done a lot of really good work on the 4* tier over the past year or so. The rebalances they’ve done there have generally been pretty solid, and they’ve mostly targeted bad characters. The new 4* have also generally been pretty good!
But man, is the 5* tier still a mess in a lot of ways.
It is the illusion of choice. Putting Northstar, ghost, m.o.d.o.k., cosmo next to the likes of hydrastomper makes for an easy pick.

My guess is the write in that wins is likely to be a lower tier character (2 or 3 star or possibly a 4) based on fact most players rosters are in that range.

I hope you’re right, I actually really like the concept behind hydrastomper. I was hoping once at 5 it would be worth it, but it still needs some love. Hopefully they keep the falling countdowns idea.
yeah this is a very small, strange list. Some of these characters need a rebalance but are uninteresting to me, like Gertrude Yorkes, and others are totally fine like MODOK. I’ll need to think about who to write in.
I voted Black Knight, Dazzler, Hydra Steve. and write in Mysterio.. why Mysterio is not in the vote in choices? he’s long over due for a rebalance.
I didn’t write mysterio as I can only have my heartbroken so many times.

Only problem north star has is his yellow is bugged. Otherwise he’s awesome. Not sure why he was included.
Black Knight was the only one I saw who really needs a rebalance. Wrote in Mighty Thor for a nerf with a short explanation about fixing that broken blue power.
Genuinely curious, for those who voted Dazzler: Did you know she was recently buffed, or do you just like her and want her to be better?
Dazzler needs a jump in front to do what she does properly
I definitely don’t disagree that would make her significantly better, but compared to many, many others, she is still pretty decent. That functionality would make any character who wants to get hit much better (lord knows there are a lot), perhaps they should just make a support that has a something like that.
I am curious though, how many people actually remembered she was redone recently? If it’s not that, you either think she isn’t good enough at all, or you want her to be higher tier because you like her. All are reasonable answers, I am just curious.
