Based on the text of his green power 4* Juggs, the damage is AOE. I was playing the loaner node in SHIELD Training, and when there was one last enemy left, the additional damage was not tacked on.
Is this working as intended?
Edit: it’s working fine. On the loaner node the damage is graphically combined with the attack tiles instead of showing up separately
