Is it mandatory to create a support ticket, when an error is found in the app?
I ask because I rarely see bugs that have not already been posted on this forum, but I wonder if there is somewhere in the EULA that specify this (or someplace similar)
I am just checking because I fear that I have to spend hours writing to support explaining this or that (given the number of bugs in this game).
No you’re not required, however tickets serve a twofold purpose — 1. They explain an issue and 2. When submitted each time an issue occurs, they give the developers an idea of the scope of an issue.
You really don’t have to go into details.
I use the in-game system and I send a link to the forum with one sentence where it happened and the comment “reporting known issue”.
