I’m sure you’ve already heard about people inadvertently dropping 100 HP for 3+ boosts without even realizing it.
I also made the same mistake and spent 200 HP on a recruit token when I meant to trade in one of the 1* tokens I had. Didn’t realize I missed the scrolling option and BAM! bye bye 200 HP…
Just like you added a confirm window for selling most characters, I think it would be nice to have a confirm window for any HP transactions (ISO transactions would be too extreme)
They’ve ignored this request for the last 2-3 months, at least.
Still the just and reasonable thing to do. Still a necessary addition to the game.
Add necessary for customer satisfaction.
Not add necessary to ensure more spending through misclicks (some pretty much guided in recent UI design).
Predict which force wins? Verify guess against reality.
This is a no-brainer from a developer standpoint. This should have never hit production without it. As a developer this makes me feel it is a conscious effort to cheat the user.
Looks like there’s now a confirm button on the 100 HP +3 all AP boost.
It should be on any purchase of any type. Period. This is not difficult coding it is child’s play.
With the same effort they could have implemented the general HP spend lock that is just a 2-state button on the screen.
It is such a minor undertaking that it isn’t even funny. Even writing from scratch once it is written copy and paste of the code and a minor tweak and you are done. This is simply a desire for you to mis-click and lose your ISO or Hero Points
I also spent 200 HP by accident in that same manner. I think that when you go to the Recruit Heroes tab it should automatically display the page where you already have tokens to claim. Or add an extra pop-up window to ask if you are sure.
They don’t care. They want you to throw away your HP ane D3 will likely continue to ignore what should be the norm.
