Customer service mia

I sent in a customer service message on October 16th and still have no response. Thought it was busy because of anniversary inquiries and such. Also sent messages in the same chat 3-5 days in between, so I thought I was resetting my wait times. My friend sent a CS message yesterday and was answered in 7 hours. What’s going on?! Can someone help??

Apparently they are super busy doing cover swaps for players who got their 5* to 550 in the fan favorites stores.

Give it some time even though it’s annoying to wait.

I’m in the same boat with a ticket I logged November 11. My 3* OBW from one of the Ascension vaults disappeared when I ascended my normal pair of 2* OBWs.

No activity still almost a month later.

I have resolved this on advice from alliance @maqbaq , emailed separately to support@d3go.com

even got my original problem resolved :slight_smile:
