So D3 you have had multiple requests for a response to what has been done to the game. Numerous people are not playing or just logging in and playing something trivial to get their SHIELD reward. You have had more than enough time to discuss and address this. Do you customers matter this little to you? I am so disgusted I don’t even want to play for the shield reward today especially when there are reports the skip tax is live. Will you do the ethical thing and offer a refund if you have no intention of trying to make the upset customers happy or are you going to remain silent now you have our money?
i am honestly surprised there is no response yet seen as its monday and they must be sober by now after partying the weekend away with our money.
