It sounds like a lot of people were able to get in long enough to get some serious phat loot. They probably shut it down so we don’t get it too lol!!!

Yeah, I was thinking the process of updating every user that logs in with the new level and attributed level gains is overworking the hamsters and the wheels are spinning faster than their little legs can go, so it’s all a flurry until everyone logs in and gets updated.
Might take a while before this settles down…
It’s definitely not this. It’s because they screwed up waaaaaay worse than they did with the HOU packs, and now they’re in damage control mode.
What do we play in the meantime?
I bet it will take them some time to sort out this mess.

@Oktagon_Daiane I can’t even log in without Facebook, meaning the server is completely crashed.
I sincerely hope that this is not intentional, since that would be horrible for everyone involved.
I just want to play the damn game already.

Ill give them the benefit of the doubt by saying that this isn’t likely intentional. If it was, the servers would probably be taken offline for maintenance again.
The fact that it seems to be loading fine and stalling mostly on login attempt leads me to believe that as a baseline, 5k users (potentially more) are trying to log into the game at the same time and the servers can’t handle the traffic.
Or they tried to roll back accounts and it is either still in progress or it broke the FB connection.
I think they turned off the login servers. There were reports of a lot of bugs and things that were not in favor of the devs. Like a lot of free stuff unintentionally being doled out.

I am currently able to log in and play as a new player without facebook but unable to load my account data using facebook. Hope this helps narrow down the issues
UPDATE: I was able to log in now, but the game crashes every time I try to open a pack.
UPDATED UPDATE: I am only able to login with my account if I login without facebook first and then connect. Very strange
Uuughh logged in, it looked fine and I noticed I had 300 Mana crystals, buy PPack aaaannd disconnected.

I can log in, but everything is very laggy.
Was able to log in, got a bunch of legacy packs. Some players in my coalition are posting screenshots with 200k-300k pink jewels awarded, I’m still stuck with 1k… Looks like the most unfair update ever. Game crashes when I try to open a pack, but my friends can buy every masterpieces and mythics without any problem. Well, thanks for making sure the game will remain imbalanced!
