Well the number of Pinks and packs you get is dependent on your new level. If they have a higher level than you, they get more rewards. That’s completely fair.
And I didn’t get any packs, just the pinks. That’s a problem.
(also the app crashes whenever I try to open a pack, but I still lose currency. So I lost 1k pinks already)

Agreed. Why keep nickel and diming for pinks when others are sitting on 100K plus? What a disaster.

As far as I’m concerned, i have received about 300 pinks and I’m at lvl 86. Far from the million pinks received

Give them a break, they are trying to get us back up and going. Not so sure what to say about all the pinks people got that I did not.
I’m not sure they’ll be able to take pinkies back … I think support always said that they were able to deal with widespread or individual situations … But that it would be too much work to deal with a wide group of players among the lot …Time will tell …
And a handful of Standard and Origin and Basic packs as well.
Just in case I’m not touching them in case there was a screw up and I get banned for getting a few rares without a purchase. Then again, I might just be slow and missed some important news item.

I got only the prompt and nothing else but realize later that I have 200M runes and 195k jewels. No booster. But there is another maintenance.
Same as Carlos for me. I got a blank level up prompt and a ton of Jewels and Runes, but no packs.

I experienced the same as the two recent posts. Blank level up screen, no packs, tons of runes and jewels. Checked the forum to see if others had the same result.
I thought it was a mistake until the app came online the second time (after the inability to log in), then I actually began to think it was intentional.
Now I gather they are resetting something, will have to wait and see how big the roll back will be.
Nothing on my end like that. a one time sign in and some 125 jewels. whereas a clanmate received 32,000 jewels. SMH
I got a bunch of jewels, which I spent, but now they took it all back and I am back where I was before the first of today’s three outages.

ended up with 27million runes 27k purples, and 3k packs i was happy wish i had logged the data for a stats check though
