Hi, can anyone explain to me what circumstances trigger an extra turn? I thought it was just on a 5 match or multiple 3 matches but ive been facing ai opponents who seem to keep getting extra turns from simple 3 matches with nothing else happening. Just trying to get my head round what i might be missing.
Matching 5 or more of the same color is the only thing that triggers the text that says “extra turn!”.
The possible configurations which will do so are:
5 in a row
5 in a T shape
5 in an L shape
2x3 rectangle
2x3 parallelogram (2 overlap)
2x3 parallelogram (1 overlap)
Or the AI probably stunned your whole team (if you’re fighting Venom for example)
Also a + shape, I believe.
Noone on my team was stunned but its possible that one of these configurations mentioned above was in place and I missed it. I’ll keep a close eye out.
