Considering this event is midseason, there are no rewards worth playing for and my alliance is now casual I may just sit this PVP out
Everybody loves and plays with 1* Storm but nobody uses 3* Storm. The only possible explanation is that the poor players dont have enough of her covers. Open the floodgates! This must be what they want !
I was so excited to see her get vaulted so she wouldn’t be the reward in every event, did that not happen yet?
I’m gonna have to delete a fully covered storm for a second time to make room for khan or whatever. Then when someone that is top tier comes out I will delete khan for that one instead. Or maybe beast should finally go but I was thinking they were gonna rework him.
That’s my rationale for holding on to my beast as well (so to speak). He’s so bad that I feel like there has to be some sort of major rework. Who else was unbelievably terrible before his buff? X-Force. I don’t have any delusions that he’ll get that kind of touch from the God Hammer, but I still hold on to a faint hope that they won’t leave an important character in the mythos completely useless.

Actually this one isn’t D3 being asses. Black Vortex is a current comic event where some of the marvel characters have been enhanced by a form of power cosmic. I know Star lord, Gamora and Beast specifically were affected.
Beast has realised that he has screwed up the universe by bringing the New X-men forward in time and that he can’t repair the damage that action has done to the universe.
Marvel has decided to get off Hank Pym’s case and Beast is now the mad scientist who repeatedly dooms everyone because he ‘knows better’.

D3 has some sort of insane love affair with 3 star Storm.
I can just imagine the conversations in the office:
1: “Dude, why is nobody using 3 star Storm? Did we design her wrong? Is she a bad character? Cuz her mohawk is so…cool!”
2: “No, no, no. Dude, it has nothing to do with any of that. It’s just difficult getting covers for her. I bet most people want to use her and her mohawk, but they only have 3 or 4 covers for her.”
1:" Well, what can we do to resolve this problem???"
2: “I got it! Let’s make her a progression or placement reward in every PVE, give her a PVP tournament every single season and any time there is a 3 star reward that isn’t pre-determined, let’s just throw in Storm. the 3000 point reward in PVP, the DDQ or even any time we don’t have a pre-determined 900 point progression cover.”
1: “Hey, that sounds great. They’ll be playing her within the week! What if we make her a reward in DDQ twice within the first 3 weeks of the program, too?”

Ok, being in transition from 2* to 3* kinda sucks in pvp.. first rounds.. level 1-12s, easy enough, 2nd round.. level 166-280?? My highest, with the level bumps , is lvl 136 Gamora.. who i do not have the proper covers to even make her useful.. Any suggestions? I made it to 94 points.. now can’t win a round.
