If I accidently tap a card while trying to exile it, often the full card will pop up, but move around anywhere you touch. The menu button is the only thing accessable at that point. I was able to trigger it on purpose by tapping the card, then quickly dragging it towards the exile spot.
Also, trying to view the full card art in the battle log (there is a thread already) freezes the game for me every time.
If you play on Android, try back button.
I think the same happened to me and that was how I returned to play.
Thank you, that let me continue playing when I tested it. It’s not a perfect fix though, it left my hand locked, I couldn’t rearrange or exile cards for the rest of the match.
It also happened to me, tough I think that opening the zoom and returning the right way fixed it and let me rearrange my hand again.
