Here’s word from Anthony at Demiurge on new pack odds for 4-Star characters:
"In Season XXX we will be adding Peggy Carter (Captain America) to cover packs.
In addition, we will be increasing the 4-Star odds (30% more than before) in Heroic cover packs. We will be decreasing the 2-Star odds (2% less than before) to compensate for this change."

To clarify, is this change affecting:
30% increase!
Before change .18 rounded to .2, after change .23 rounded to .2.

So should be 4.6% total up to 5.98%.
Seems like demi is comfortable with odds that round to 0.2% per 4*, but not with odds that round to 0.1%

I would like to second a boost to 2*s in standard tokens though 
It’s way overdue to take Mr & Mrs Fantastic and Mr Totally Awesome out of token rotations, so that
“they can be worked on out of the spotlight”

Ooh. I got two Invisible woman covers, to sell from my heroic tokens.
On another note, I did use up my 800+ saved up champion points and I got two more Peggy Carter covers. I also got a red OML, so my streak of not getting another OML cover ended at slightly over 400 packs opened. OML now 4/1/2. Sadly, I also got two more 5 star Jean greys covers to sell, because no purple.

I forgot my iPad yesterday. Felt naked without it. I had my phone, but hadn’t logged into MPQ on it in months and it was asking for Facebook info. Didn’t want to risk the tiny chance of something going wacky with my account.

They’re just trying to help people learn the difference between percent and percentage points.
My math may be off here, but doesn’t this mean that Heroic tokens now have a higher chance to get a 4* than new release event tokens? Seems like it’s now somewhat better to place in the 300 - 400 range for those sub-events…
