I loved SilverHawks back in the day.
Quicksilver, Hotwing and Flashback were my favorites. Never much cared for Bluegrass and his guitar.

Yeah, some anti-spam features pretty please? I am made hostage by my love of the forums combined with OCDness and spam hatred, and I can’t even actually remove spam.

I actually liked a lot of silverhawks better than thundercats. Flying living squid rockets (skyrunner), nick fury (stargazer), and a fricken dude who steals your memory and somehow fits the entirety of it onto the most advanced information storing material known to mankind…magnetic tape (zero). Has the cowboy bebop vib to it. Oddly more quoteable too (at least based on the old .vhs episodes I still have from when I was a kid). You know what, no…thunders is the retarded lolz cat older brother of silverhawks. Ppl just like cats better than birds…and also silverhawks came after and literally used 90% of the same voice actors and had a very similar character structure…case of “too much of the same.” Snarf…or a omnipotent invincible cyborg metallic hawk. I know which I pick for an animal sidekick.
Now i want to go watch some silverhawks and bucky o’hare. Wash it down with some pirates of dark water and the “pryde of the xmen” pilot for dessert.

I friggin loved the Silkverhawks! My youth Soccer team was actually named the Silverhawks (because that’s what happens when you let a bunch of 7 year old boys name their soccer team).
Man, I need to see if I can track some of that down. My 2yo boy would love that stuff.
