So here goes.
At 2:52 p.m. EST I proceeded to open up the PvP event token and a standard token. I am not a hoarder of tokens by any margin whatsoever.
The pulls:
PvP event token → Red XForce
Standard Token → Blue IW
2 4* covers in back to back covers. Both of which I don’t need (where are you hiding Fury?)
After pulling XForce from said token, during animation, my phone decided it would shut down (not reset or anything like that, just shutdown).
I proceeded to plug it in and 1 hour and 14 minutes later, I turned it back on, went outside for a smoke break and proceeded to return to MPQ. You know to continue doing some PvP grinding.
To my dismay, my tokens were back and I was a little upset that I was not getting 2,000 ISO from the covers I previously pulled. Oh well.
Let’s see what the RNG g-ds have in store for my tokens this time, I thought to myself.
Lo and Behold…
The pulls, take 2:
PvP event token → Red XForce
Standard Token → Blue IW
What!? Wait, no way… calculating the odds is beyond what I felt like doing (the math that is).
So, is it server side it decided it was going to “cache” my pulls and give them back to me in some failsafe way? Is it pre-destined tokens? Is it really a mathematical improbability?
