I mean, short of posting something for the sake of posting something?

There should be a “My Drafts” link on the sidebar. You can delete them from there.

And to add to the previous comment: There’s a tiny light grey cross in each listed draft.

Thanks, guys. I’d been in the My Drafts folder but never seen a way to delete the draft. The grey x on the white background was virtually invisible. @Starfury pointing it out is what it took to see it.

Oh god, I have like 79 drafts.
