Is there more then one player rank ladder per event?

Is the player rank leaderboard platform specific (one for Steam, one for Android one for iOS) or is there a unique one regardless of platform?

I am seeing strange score difference between player rank score and individual player score in alliance score.

There are multiple brackets per event. They are not divided by platform.
