I've had it with D3P Customer Service!

One month ago I paid $100 for five Thunderclap covers, only to have them nerfed 4 hours after my purchase. I wanted to return my covers for HP so I could spend them on something else. I communicated with D3P Customer Service and got a few generic responses from them, but they have ignored me for the past 3 weeks.

I haven’t played for more than two weeks, I’m writing a 1-star review and getting my refund from Apple. In short:

Don’t pay D3 Publisher for anything, they treat their customers badly!

Wouldn’t you have only needed 4? Plus why the hell would you pay $100 instead of busting your ass beating other teams and earning tokens? Dude it’s Puzzle Quest.. $20-$50 mayyybe if it’s your favorite comic character of all time. Honestly tho, I hope you get your refund whether it be money back or just in-game currency because they did kind of kick you in the sack. If you do get the actual money back – don’t buy more covers, don’t spend it on MPQ at all. Learn your lesson and embrace the “free.” In a year from now you’ll thank me.
