Jace's Ingenuity bug

Cast Helm of the Gods on a creature. Use Jace’s Ingenuity to get a new copy of Helm of the Gods and the +3/+3 and First Strike will disappear from the creature.

I tested this out twice, both creatures had been Exert Influence’d from the opponent but I don’t see how that should matter.

Old bug that hasn’t been fixed apparently. I’d forgotten about it largely because I don’t use HotG with him anymore

Thanks, can be hard to keep track of if still is fixed or not and I don’t remember seeing it before.
