Known Issue: Support@d3p.us Email Currently Unavailable (4/14/17)

Hi Everyone -

I wanted to share a note that one of the email addresses that some players reach out to us for customer support is currently unavailable. If you normally email our customer support team via support@d3p.us, we ask you to reach out via mobilesupport@d3p.us or via the in-game FAQs for the time being. We expect this issue to be only temporary and will make an announcement when support@d3p.us is available again.

It’s only support@d3p.us that is currently unavailable. All other channels of communications is still available. If you do not hear back from support after the 24 - 72 hour window, please feel free to private message me with your ticket number and UID and I will help escalate your ticket with the team. Thanks.
