Logging in issue

So I seem to be having a issue with the app.

  • I’m on a samsung s22 ultra.

  • I’m on wifi and have my mobile data on

So if wifi goes it’s got the mobile data as back up. And no I’m not having issues with either.

I have my account linked to both my facebook and gmail accounts. And I did get in successfully this morning to get my dailies. I loaded the game up this afternoon and it randomly had a ‘internet connection’ problem. So I hit cancel. Next thing I know I’m logged out completely.

I have tried to log in again via both of my FB and gmail accounts. It keeps saying no.

I deleted the cache for the app. I restarted my phone. I optimised my phone (you know like the clean up icon on samsung, it closes excess apps, etc and clears up ram).

I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I will say, I got in initially, I got to open the basic 6hrly pack, and watch an ad before it came up with server errror.

I wanted to go look at the events and booster crafting.

Then I’m logged out again because of this server error, or internet connection, though keep in mind I am connected to the internet on my phone.

I’m once again trying to log in via my google account. It’s taking a while. I bet it says no.

So I’m unable to connect, I think there’s a problem…

I’d normally just report this via a ticket thing but like I can’t log in.

So not impressed by this.

Just a note, my partner who uses google account to log in, can’t log in either and hasn’t been able to all day.

well we finally got in today, I’m wondering if it was just issues in Australia?

But yeah problem seems to have gone?

When I went to Google play to update… I got the This app is no longer compatible with your device… I think I have a Galaxy A-13 which is a low spec model. Just wondering if anyone else got this unfortunate surprise, or if anyone has the minimum device specs required.
