Lost account (Steam)

Hi, after yesterday problems with server, i launched MPQ and i noticed my game was with sound enabled (i had disabled it, but ok..)
when i pressed to play, i sent me to the tutorial.. (i was worried already)
and when i finished it, i was just with a clean account, lost all my heroes and stuff.
my IGN is : DarkViper23 (i tested with the new account to use the same nick and see if my account wasn’t deleted, and i couldn’t use it, some good news, yay)
i tried to email mobilesupport@d3p.us , but they just stopped answering me..
hope i can get some help here, any ideas?

This exact same thing just happened to me, I sent them an email with all my info and would really like an answer from anyone who knows. Over 120 days played and now its down to 0, I am not a happy camper at the moment

The same happened to my brother, we still await any email response, we sent two, to two different mails we found. Anyone can please answer us? this is a really important matter
