i have a steam account, and when i log i start with the tutorial … all characters lost
i have unistall and install the game nothing
i contact the customers service there are 3 days … nothing … no answer
what can i do more ?
Unfortunately, it’s all in Customer Service’s hands. If it’s been three days, I would send them a remainder e-mail, readdressing the issue and including your Player ID.
i have do it and they have restore an account but not my account …

Let them know about the mistake asap. Hopefully they get things sorted out soon.
i have immediately responded to the mail closing ticket to reopen it .
I gave the old account that should have been restored and my new after restoration.
and i finish today a voodoo puppet just in case 
If i count well may be i can hope an answer tonight and have my account tomorow night …
May be, this time they are going to do an another mistake and restore an xmen’s account on mine … so good 
Finally in all case, it would be nice if at least they restore with success my account after 6 or 7 days
