Marvel Puzzle Counters – a free fan tool that simulates fights to pick your best team

Hi everyone! I’m a long-time MPQ player and I built a free, fan-made tool called Marvel Puzzle Counters. It’s not official, it has no ads and it doesn’t touch the game or your account: you mark your roster on the website and it does the math.

What it does:

• Team Lab: your best trio from your own roster, with the reasons (colors covered, stuns, damage, AP)
• Versus: enter the 3 enemies and their level, and it simulates the fight turn by turn to tell you which team wins, who to attack first and their dangerous power
• Event: boosted characters, several waves and the node’s team-up
• Supports: which character should carry each support you own
• Top: the strongest teams of each rarity and which covers to get next
• Glossary: every tile and status, and how to beat each type of enemy

Your roster is saved in your browser, with optional Google sign-in to keep it on every device. It works in English and Spanish.

I’m a new forum user so I can’t post links or images yet. Search “Marvel Puzzle Counters” and you’ll find it. I’ll add the link here as soon as the forum lets me.

The power numbers come from in-game screenshots and the fight simulation is checked against real fights, but I’m sure there are mistakes. If you find a wrong number or a team that doesn’t make sense, please tell me here or use the “Something wrong? Let us know” button on each character. Thanks!

Yes, that’s my site, thanks Krazy!
Since posting, players on Discord helped me test it and a lot got fixed and added:

• Mark many at once: add all your 5★/4★… characters maxed in one tap (and remove many at once too)
• Team Lab and Versus now weigh each character’s real strength, plus a “5-color alternatives” section
• Supports: search box to equip, from the support or the character card; ascended copies can carry them
• My roster: rarity filter, cards stay put while you edit, max champion level button
• The sim now understands AP loops like Moonstone (Meteorite)'s “winfinite”

One more minor thing to fix.
Titles of supports are always in Spanish, even it you selected English.

Good catch, thanks Krazy! Fixed: support names now show in English everywhere (window titles, equip messages and My supports). Reload the page to get it.

Thanks for the tip, Daiches! I’ll cross-post it in the main Marvel Puzzle Quest category. If more people use it, I’ll be able to improve it much further, but I don’t know where else to post it.
