So the master deck slot is when i collect all the cards I can play with that deck that they set up for me. What about thr deck alot that cost good to unlock? If I purchase that will the cards be available to play with or will i have to collect them too?
my understanding is that there are no cards in any
of the deck slots ready for purchase. you buy the
deck slot and fill it with cards from your collection.

The deck slots you can buy with in-game currency are just “save slots” for deck builds.

The deck slots available for purchase do not come with any cards. They are merely slots that allow you to craft and save another deck for use.
The Theme Decks, such as Beginner or Master, are decks that require you to collect the cards it contains. Once you collect those cards, the deck and its slot become unlocked.
I am going to be a hater now and see that unfortunately most of those decks are really bad to begin with. With rotations they will even more so become useless as you won’t be able to employ them in Standard events…
