Missing mana crystals

Anyone else having an issue where you mana crystal total drops but you haven’t spent any?

In the, last two weeks I have been waiting to build up enough to buy some card packs in bulk from the vault, but once I get near 90ish crystals the next time I claim a crystal prize from an event I notice my total drops down to like 5 or 30… It’s different every time.

Is this happening to anyone else? By my calculations I am now missing somewhere in the realm of 200 mana crystals and I want to get this looked at before more go missing.

The cynical answer would be to state that this is a way to force you to buy more icon_e_biggrin.gif

Possibly stupid question: did you enter the trial of the planes events? we’ve had 3 now and they cost 60 gems each, coming up to 180 (close to 200)

Yeah I just noticed now, the 60 crystal entry fee… That will be my last one of those..

The 60 crystal fee is very easy to hit by accident–everyone should be extra careful when scrolling on that screen. There is no confirmation box.

In addition, some people have been accidentally clicking buttons on the Activity Hub, and since there is no confirmation dialog, they accidentally purchase stuff.

If contacting support you could just ask them for a log of your recent purchases.

Edit: Yeah, if you were entering trial of planes, that was it. You’re probably one of their only customers, they would value your feedback! icon_lol.gif

if you are on android you can see a log of your purchases in the playstore ap.

Do do what i did though and tally up what you spent on this game…you’ll’cry
